the rooms are clean, the linens are fresh, and pool towels
problem i had was the room above us was so noise with kids running and jumping after 11 pm and i couldn't sleep
we enjoy the the breakfast. the staff especially the front desk. we felt like we were at home.

the gentlemen in the morning was very stern with his reply as he shut me down for asking for a late check out
i would like more of a choice for breakfast.

staff accommodated late check out when requested
breakfast was great, hotel was clean, loved the brand name soaps and others, in a good area for
great breakfast, not just coffee and donut
pool was closed and never got any notification of this
dusty!. pool is not the same as in pictures when you book! the area is good.

told me check out time was 11 but we could do late check out at 12 which was great
lady in the front desk was very kind , they let us do an early check in as i had just gotten surgery

took a couple days for them to get pool clean but then the water was so cold!
