did not like the coffee maker in the breakfast room

we did our laundry which was much needed on a cross country road trip

our king room was fantastic. comfy bed and spotlessly clean. guest laundry was a godsend.

the bed was super comfy and the offered us a late check out when we got in late!

i liked that it had a laundry facility on-site

the one thing we didn’t appreciate was the laundry facilities

the laundry and outdoor staff pretty noisy before 9am carts rolling by several times and employees

laundry also not functioning, no machines working

was able to take advantage of hampton's late check out time to reduce the waiting time at the airport

and not far from the hospital to see a family member and staff was willing to accommodate a late check out

didn’t like the fact of my asking for a late check out it wasn’t noted to the environmental staff so i was disturbed 3 times before my

the staff was professional and friendly and accommodated us with a late check out

the pool was nice and warm

i wish we had stayed long enough to use the pool or the fitness center

just one comment so they can improve is the breakfast should be better in particular.

we used the laundry facilities and they were fast, clean and easy to use

they allowed me a late check out so i could visit my husband in the hospital that morning and leave my pet

their breakfast could of had more variety but still satisfactory.

the shuttle service was excellent. they took me where i wanted to go and also picked me up!

however, the woman in the laundry facility claimed they had never had an issue before and insinuated that we brought them
