laundry facility was a huge disappointment & a great inconvenience

twice, then had to go to the desk at 9pm and pick up clean towels and move all the trash and laundry out of my way

towel size for the pool was small. i needed about 5 towels to dry off.

nothing really. pool was a bit over chlorinated, but nice and warm.

the swimming pool was not very clean and the water was to cold for my grandkids.

the pool heater was under repairs. it was cold to swim but the kids still enjoyed it.
