front desk friendly & hassle free check in , clean , late check out request was honored.

the breakfast and to many people in the pool

location access to beach area, good breakfast, access to shops, friendly staffs

they allowed me to check in early and have a late check out

short drives to our basketball tournament gym and the beach, and close to restaurants

noise from the hall, but it was some kids. not so bad...

lake view was a pond beds were very uncomfortable wish it had an indoor pool

we were given a late check out at noon since we had to wait for an uber at 1:00 to get to our final destination

everything was great including the late check out times and the amazing

maybe clean the pool more often. filled with sand.

the gym lacked in equipment and the primary machine was broken.

we had read we could get a late check out in another review, but we were not given that option

lady but she was a little sick and coughing so i didn’t want to stay long, asked if i could do late check out but was told to ask in the morning but that defeats the object of late check out as

karen was at the front desk when i arrived hoping for an early check in, but there were not any room available yet

staff even called us to let us know our room was ready for early check in

room, staff, pools and the best breakfast bar i have been to and we travel quite a bit

breakfast was great but it was the same every day. wish they would have changed it up a bit.

my kids enjoyed the pools and they were well maintained pools as well

front desk also granted us a late check out which was so nice

pool and tiki bar was awesome...

i was told two days prior to my stay that laundry was an amenity and in the room, which was not and it’s 2$ to wash and dry

view was perfect, beds were comfy, good staff, laundry room

the location is perfect and next to the beach. easy access to pool and beach. pool has a bar!
