there’s paid communal laundry facility and i was allowed to have an hour late check out which is kind of them

we arrived late and we were allowed to have a late check out at 12:30

we asked for a late check out, but they had a cruise coming in and were only able to give us 30 minutes

only thing i can think of that was negative was that there was not a bar of soap to wash our hands

the room service was great.

they even allowed us to check in a little early with no extra charge

we only stayed a few hours as we checked in late (after 8 pm) and their late check out only allows till 12 pm
