we had 4 hour flight delay and someone was at desk at 3:30am to check us in and gave us a late check out

size of gym, has peloton, dumbbells, bench, cable machine, treadmill, stepper, medicine balls, kettle bells

we got in really late so they let us have a late check out the next day

from the front desk clerks to housekeeping to the woman in the laundry room just off the parking lot, every single one of them were friendly and helpful

they are very accommodating with early check in/late check out (depending on the season) the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff

all around friendly service and a spa there and hot tub and the resuturant bar was great food and

trays and leftover food from guests who ordered room service was left on the hallway floors for over a day

the suites have a kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, burners, sink and dishes, pots, pans

parking was tough to find

also, i had no problem with getting a late check out

instead of regular room we received bigger one with small kitchen , just because your hotel was not fully booked

my room was filthy and loud, beside the laundry/housekeeping room, my tv did not work and there was a dead wood bug inside my pulled back

we were placed besides the laundry room and underneath the stairs to the second floor in room 117

allowed us to have a late check out no problem

breakfast is ok could be better , eggs were very cold ,wish they would put soft butter out instead
