location excellent. late check out.

very fast wifi

there was aircon but i preferred the fresh air and bustling atmosphere from the cider bar opposite

bar downstairs offers different marvellous cakes

wifi was a little weak

excellent location and the staff were very helpful when we asked to change room and requested a late check out

is perfect, the restaurant and room service was surprisingly top class

treadmill at the gym did not work

bed was slightly uncomfortable for the back and the gym machine was broken :

room service, lack of bar open

the allowed us to check in early and they have a late check out at 12 which was brilliant

not sure whether the pool was free to use

great room, location, staff. their associate gastro tapas bar over the road was fantastic

the spa the clock didn't work so you had to keep setting an alarm on your phone to move on to the next

strong and steady wifi and a very comfortable bed. exceptional location. a great hotel.

we asked for late check out because our baby was sleeping and we wanted to make sure he slept his nap

location, mid range hotel with modern comfortable spacious rooms

very central location; cosy and access to the great spa right across the street

compared to other hotels- maybe better to think of it as paying for more furniture rather than space

more than one beer in the mini bar :o)
