lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and even offered me a late check out, without me asking, because i checked in very late
cob webs in my room than a haunted house,had an musty, moldy smell, ad said it had a pool but didnt

what breakfast pretty sure all they give you is yogurt
it is in a convenient location for eating out and for the casino

in allowing an early check in so i could get ready for a 3 pm wedding, and also supported a late check out the next day
even in the breakfast area, as soon as someone got up and left a table they were at that table cleaning it up

we extended our late check out we didn’t want to leave
stayed here and went to casino rama, the beach across the street, super nice and close to tim
clean place to be after traveling from sault ste marie to visit friends and attend activities at casino rama in orillia
10 minutes from casino rama
easy access to the public park on the lake and to the provincial park, 10 minute drive to casino rama, and maybe 10 minutes to atherley diner that offers good home-style cooking

staff gave us a free late check out which was very kind as my husband was ill
the water in the pool was a bit cold
it would have been nice to have some sort of notice that the pool isn't open..

hotel accommodated early check in and late check out which was very appreciated
they gave us a late check out at no additional cost
the breakfast was far better than a lot of motels and the breakfast area was clean and tidy.
hot breakfast was great, and the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for families
eggs, sausages, waffles, muffins, toast/ bagels, apples etc (all the basics) we did not use the pool, but it looked nice

breakfast always was replenished and the food was hot
the shower in the pool not working.
was ok, is an older hotel, kids played hockey and knocked on doors till midnight, staff didn't seem to really care
not enough towels at the pool.
