asked for late check out and they said can only stay till 12 noon that is not working for me normally always

pool was cold and a little dirty

grab and go/grab and stay breakfast in a bag was awful

breakfast was not what i expected, coffee was not tasty nor were the eggs.

the breakfast items in particular the biscuits a bit stale/hard,

i did a late check out where i even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time

the pool was lovely and the staff very knowledgeable and kind

and my room was next to laundry, loud and busy spot

very clean room, housekeeping staff was excellent. the pool was great, my kids had fun swimming.

we arrived from our trip 2 hours early and the hotel wanted to charge us $22 for an early check in, luckily we decided to wait

late check out was the best especially since most facilities shave early checkouts

i luved my suite, with it's jetted tub. i luved the pool area.

they did not automatically allow late check out but it was granted when asked

clean, spacious rooms. good breakfast, convenient ice machine. quiet, good,safe location.

my room was small but for the value it is ok i was sadden when i went to wash my clothes in the laundrymat, all the machines were gone, i did not get a least a notice per visitor had to go out

loved the staff every year i come n its always been a great place to stay with my kids

from allowing us to check in early to having a late check out they accommodated us and exceeded my expectations

there isn't a bar it's opened for wine only 5-9 monday thru sat

brand new hotel! loved that there was a full kitchen and washing machine.

the studio is spacious and its kitchenette top

because we didn't have access to the gym, pool, restaurants, hotel shuttle, etc

would have liked to see a little more equipment in the gym and the parking price per day was a little bit more expensive then i was expecting

pool was clean and a perfect temperature for a 90 degree+ day - cool enough to get refreshed - not

staying at the hotel would leave their dirty dishes by the ice machine instead of just calling room service or leaving the dishes in their room to be picked up the next day

room service was great. the food was hot when delivered. breakfast was wonderful as well

facility needs maintenance. pool was closed most of the time. gym needs to be maintenance.
