asked for late check out and they said can only stay till 12 noon that is not working for me normally always

breakfast was not what i expected, coffee was not tasty nor were the eggs.

love the location its close to the beach and shopping plazas complimentary breakfast is great and late check out is a nice

the hotel provided a free shuttle which was super conveninent

size was wonderful, bed was soft and comfortable, liked the balcony, family was happy, pool and hot tub was refreshing

i wouldn’t use the pool although i saw people that were using it

they offer free breakfast and have a late check out. its also a few minutes from the highway.

now, although we spoke to a young man the night before to let him know that we were going to do a late check out

very helpful with extended our late check out, printing and getting us a shuttle to the port

i liked late check out option of 1pm.

closeness to the west palm beach airport, the shuttle was great

from allowing us to check in early to having a late check out they accommodated us and exceeded my expectations

pool is nice but really small the room right above the gym is really noisy i had problems with the shower, but i guess that should be fixed

would have been nice to have longer hours at the bar and lounge
