friendliness of the staff - oceanfront view was amazing - very accommodating for a late check

pool, hot tub(it wasn't filled ;(, and it would have been great to be able to sit in a warm hot tub

kids ocean swimming makes sense

stayed near stairs so there was noise and people beside us had kids jumping but all in all was ok

my kids still had a great time but i doubt we will stay again

we greatly enjoyed the complimentary late check out time due to this being our anniversary vacation

breakfast was awesome location was great wrist door keys

additionally, the hotel advertises a gym, but it s located outside the main building, a 10-minute walk away, and often overcrowded

there was no room service on our stay

breakfast bar isn't nearly as tasty as it once was

for 6pm late check out

just wished they had a row machine in the gym

went there to take my kids to swim in indoor pool, after paying saw a sign that it was closed

our youngest wanted to golf and swim

no hot tub and the pool wasn’t heated so my kids couldn’t swim

the staff was quick to resolve any issues we have and even accommodated us with a late check out

the kitchen was nicely equipped

location, room, pool.? everything was amazing

pool side food was less than desirable.

the kids loves this place. great decision, wish we could stay longer.
