the name of the woman on reception in the monring as she was also wonderful and helped us with late check out so that we could go for a run

property is clean, neatly manicured with a nice pool area

the pool was lovely and the gym had what i needed

also really liked the fitness gym on site as well as the indoor pool

restaurant and bar in hotel and very clean

it was close to shopping, they were great with a late check in and have a late check out

had breakfast at there restraunt and it was stone cold.

laundry facilities within hotel (self service) was a bonus

this trip was worth every cent and the blueberry muffin breakfast nook was a great little place

we asked for early check in and rooms close to door since we had a handicap person in our party, they gave us

friendly people, warm atmosphere, newly decorated rooms. late check out (11:00)

the laundry for guests is broken

shower comfy bed lots of room in 106 excellent breakfast best location to the outlet shops apart from the north conway grand

were really helpful especially singh that helped us with everything we needed (laundry issues, late check out and more)

staff was there in the morning working hard to be sure the breakfast area was clean and stocked

great location at a mostly reasonable price. breakfast is great.

acted as a concierge making our stay wonderful and letting us know about all the dining options, late check out, etc

there was three levels of room service included in our stay which was different, we chose just towels/trash and there were

great location and room. kids had a good time and was a lot of fun.

we all enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi, dry sauna and steam room

i love the scenic view and the spa tub .
