late check out unavailable because of covid was a bit inconvenient for someone whoâ

the woman who works in the evening is very helpful and they gave me a late check out.

i asked for a late check out because i have 2 young kids, they said no

facility was outdated and some facilities like the laundry machines although they can be used did not have laundry soap etc in the hotel

the location was good and it was very clean and breakfast was great

the continental breakfast was a brown bag with a granola bar and a fruit cup

pool room with the sauna had a family in it with kids and they were very loud and didn't seem to care

clean room and nice customer service. she allowed us do late check out with no extra charge.

the parking lot could use a repave and when it was quality inn you had to slide/tap room key to get in

hot tub with the pool would be nice

we checked in around 11:30pm and when we requested a late check out,they allowed us to check out at noon

close to mohegan sun and the shuttle service is great

last minute thing but the staff really made it quick and easy and convenient they even gave us a late check

- it was dirty had unsafe neighboring people in rooms and we didn't sleep much out of kids safety

first when we got there we thought the room was really clean then the kids went to get into the bed and it was filled with urine from the previous people i went to

the property manager was kind enough to let us extend for a late check out so that we could shower after a race

the room was hot when we arrived, the ac wasn't on. no yogurt for breakfast

breakfast was included - i asked

continental breakfast was good. had toast, a muffin, coffee, milk, and orange juice

there is no breakfast served, which makes sense when they are so slow

the desk people were very nice and accommodating to our late check out

clean rooms ,comfortable beds, great breakfast good coffee.

bacon or sausage would have been good at breakfast

didn't like the fact that the gym and pool wasn't a 24/7 thing
