has a decent swimming pool, a very comfortable king size bed, a small kitchen in the room, free shuttle bus, and a nice staff

coke machine wasn’t available except in the morning and the pool was outdoors

there is security all nite making sure the parking lot is secure the lobby the waiting areas the pool they even have a little dog area for your pets breakfast was great and all the staff was

everything and everyone was great especially when travelling with kids being sometimes very

staff very friendly loved the spacious balcony the kitchen area is nice and the bed was very cozy and the sofa

i was able to get a late check out of an hour later (12p) although could have used 30-45 more minutes

our flight was very early so we got to houston at 10 am and they let us do check inn as well as late check out

farah was such a pleasure, we came in very late from a night out and without us even asking she offered to put us down for a late check out

no coffee or breakfast! the furniture on the pool deck needs to be replaced.

also, the pool is easily accessible and clean

out trash, buy towels, stay out as long as possible because it sounded like they had an animal gymnasium above me

checkout is pretty early and no option for a late check out

we were doing some basic work in the parking lot and they were ok with that

no breakfast and it s pretty expensive compared to other places

we had 2 rooms and we got late check out in one of them

dinner at the bar area left a lot to be desired :

the location and our room was a suite with a separate seating area that overlooked the pool on the 4th floor

and bar was closed due to covid concerns

wifi is top notch

loved the breakfast, the late check out and the quiet location hotel was very clean and safe

in our room we had a sofa bed. the kids complained and wish it could of been more confortable.
