got in the elevator, the pool was cold on the first night there and a group of people and their kids threw a party by the pool the following night even tho the sign says no pool parties and staff

the other guests were fighting in the hallways, kids were yelling and screaming outside our door

did request late check out and apparently it wasn't noted so i did receive a knock on my door but the gentleman

a late check out due to the fact i work nights , i didn't arrive until 5am and needed sleep

i know we probably could have changed our room during our stay but once you unpack and your kids have settled in, you deal with certain things for the sake of peace

the hotel was very clean considering there were plenty of kids for softball tournaments

if you have kids watch out for their little fingers because the doors are very heavy and close really hard
