breakfast, friendly staff, pool, late check out and location of hotel

breakfast spread was amazing and fresh

they have a small and clean fitness center

did not use fitness center

garden city beach was just a short drive away, as were many restaurants and golf courses

we were also given late check out do to us missing the presentation event

good pool cleaning, some of the lounge chairs were dry rotting, rust around the building makes it look a

ocean is across the street, only one restaurant close, no breakfast offered at location.

our babies loved the water park and playground & we loved the scenery from our room

guest with kids under 5 should stay on the bottom floor

staff was really nice and even worked with us when we asked for a late check out

laundry facility was nice - small but the washers and dryers worked perfectly

he didn't tell me where the ice maker was how to get on the beach where the laundry room was

the laundry room was closed due to covid

out times very stern and not flexible wanted to charge a $20 fee to check in early no option for late check out
