since we were there for 1 of my doctor appointments at 1:15 i requested a late check out & the hotel allowed us to keep our room until 1pm

the pool was closed due to covid

gave the kids a chance to play while the adults were in close sight of them

the gym.

close to wvu and the restaurant was amazing. we also used the shuttle to the field

always give late check out if

needed late check out due to husband's surgery lasting longer and they were very accommodating

love the shuttle service too

we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed

extra early for late check out

self serve coffee bar lacked water to refill keurig

bonus, in the bar area is a large scrabble board on the wall which held the scrabble pieces magnetically and

roof top bar and pool never opened, even though it was advertised as open

there is a fitness center and business center, which look new and nice

she helped me out when i needed a late check out

super clean and huge rooms,clean pleasant pool

there's a pool and i left my trunks at home!

good gym. the hotel was nice. good location. competent and friendly staff.

the pool was cold. it did not seem heated

fact that it was right by the interstate and the fact that they did work with us on getting us a late check

the continental breakfast could be added more more food.

love the breakfast, once again staff is amazing

pet fee sheets had burn holes in them light on dresser had no lught bulbs not a hot breakfast as

breakfast was good and was kept stocked.

check out time was 12, very reasonable and they gave me a late check out of 2 with out any issues

indoor pool and hot tub. very clean. bar and restaurant. fire pit

was near the pool, made it is and less frigid.

gorgeous facility. huge lobby, nice pool and gym. wonderful comfortable bed. great value.
