told me check out time was 11 but we could do late check out at 12 which was great
we got a room in front of the pool
the power went out in the morning, me my partner and 3 small kids woke up sweaty with no power no hot water no way to heat up our food i went to the front desk
decent location, wanted a room for the pool for kids
working was rude, told us only 2 pool towels and i have 4 kids

the gentlemen in the morning was very stern with his reply as he shut me down for asking for a late check out
breakfast buffet was not served due to the coronavirus
i would like more of a choice for breakfast.
the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very pleasant

pool is the perfect size
holiday has excellent location, comfortable rooms and the better breakfast in mcallen hotels
dusty!. pool is not the same as in pictures when you book! the area is good.

late check out waz great....shower head felt awesome...nice to have some free drinks at the bar
more time in the pool. they close at 10:00 l will like it to close at 12:00.

haven’t had a chance to try the breakfast however they were able to accommodate us with a late check
breakfast was delicious
was great staff was very friendly the scenery was beautiful the outside area was very nice in the pool area the bedroom was beautiful and very big jacuzzi
