staff were very friendly and accommodating when we requested a late check out

and the swimming pool was excellent

the kids loved making their own pancakes so that was a bonus

breakfast buffet could have been hotter and again no fried eggs on display

parking was not too far away but it's still 2 blocks away, so with luggage and small kids it's not ideal

coffee was cold and the juice must have been a kids style juice

the breakfast service until 11 it's usually only until 10 and a late check out with no charge was an added

also i requested for a late check out, the staff i talked to said that

loved the bar too

ordered room service and got the most disgusting pizza i could imagine

we did laundry service with the hotel and the service was very affordable and well done

moreover, we were allowed to stay an extra hour for late check out at 1pm free of charge

at reception were super helpful although slow but the bar staff except one guy , were quite rude
