got a free late check out til 2 pm

staff was great about extra pillows & towwls, & accommodating our early check in

early check in was great!

the pool was open

we arrived about 2:30 am and had notified the hotel ahead we would be late

the hotel was clean, room size perfect and even had a kitchen including full size refrigerator, sink and stove top

the kitchen on point the laundry room was perfect, easy access to restaurants and gas station pedro front desk clerk very

was clean, i loved that there was a laundry basket in the room to use when i did my laundry

the public areas were clean and there was a guest laundry available

when i went to get the deposit returned, at 11:03, i was refused because of a late check out

staff was really nice when i checked in and asked for a late check out

there are plenty of tv channels available and the gym was a plus too

the bar could use some updating

unfortunately, probably due to covid the bar / restaurant is closed down but you are welcomed to bring in your own food and relax in there

wifi was not working and data was slow in the building, so it was frustrating to work online

liked that the staff were friendly and very accommodating especially with such a late at night check in

but hotel pets friendly and i m very sad because my kids have allergic for pets hairs

95 per adult and 7 for kids

a little sterile restaurant and bar area

the hotel has a bar and restaurant though

the late check out

would be nice to have a shuttle to stadium

didn't get breakfast left to early but appreciate the shuttle to the airport

great breakfast, clean rooms, nice swimming pool, inexpensive.

kids loved that the room had 2 tvs so they each could watch what they wanted

kids loved the pool and late check out time so they could swim in the morning

was nice and clean, loved the pool and the ice maker

front desk didn’t mind helping me get there on shuttle from

the hotel bar and restaurant was great. the breakfast was also great.

to airport & shuttle services available walking distance to applebee's room was very functional and the air

running a single mom into the ground about having her reservation in by 1pm ( late check out is at one pm ) from 12- 12:45 calling every five minutes, yelling, and not allowing

the room was really nice and bed was comfy and gave us a late check out 1pm

it was very clean, staff was very friendly, could not hear other guests in their rooms a d the breakfast was great

thing missing was pastries in the morning breakfast

had a family reunion with 13 kids ages 3-12 and their parents, 1 senior with a ada room and a dog

it worked with me to have a late check out

we were there for our son’s surgery and needed a late check out

the swimming area was clean and fun, and the gym facility was well-kept and easy to use

clean, excellent service, great pool and hot tub and delicious hot breakfast.

the pool hours could be better

lastly the staff was very helpful and allowed us to have a late check out since we arrive later than expected

my husband reported that the kids were enjoying making their own waffles and/or pancakes

swimming pool area was perfect for kids

my kids and i loved the breakfast, my kids actually ate something other than cereal
