the hotel is very great when it comes to the kids watching the duck

they even waived the pet fee and gave my dog a lovely bowl and mat

i was travelling and was very early the team did their best to accommodate me to an early check in, lucky it wasn't high season

he even played the australian national anthem for us one morning at breakfast

ate breakfast there first day but went to a great nearby diner the next

parking situation, it is a pandemic unfortunately but ,as it was announced about the gym,and food it should mention that the hotel garage is closed

the girl at the counter was also very nice and understanding and graciously granted us a late check out

that works at the front desk and bar was very nice and helpful

i loved how the seating areas were, games, bar etc

evening workers at the front desk and the bar were phenomenal and went above and beyond!

room service times ended too early for me. my bath tub was noticeably old and unbecoming.
