breakfast could have been better the second day ( sunday) we came down at 9 and there was nothing

being diverted to pittsburgh on my flight at 1 am, was able to get a room, shuttle to hotel immediately

and maintenance person were exceptional we were there during snowstorm and they had to stock breakfast foods due to staff not able to make it in and they even left breakfast open longer since

liked that i had to travel with my kids and we all felt safe

all night was a parade of kids and other loud conversations outside my door

i had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls
