breakfast times should be extended. pool closure should be posted on website.

more breakfast options :) but totally understand during covid times.

ice available in breakfast room for those of us who drink iced coffee

also, if you need to do a late check out at noon instead of 11 am, you can free of charge, which i like

except for the kids running up and down the hallway at 1:30 in the morning

all the kids in the hot tub, one lady had her 3 kids in and out of there splashing around

everyone was courteous and polite when we went down for breakfast in the morning the servers were just great

breakfast had a good selection of foods

she also didn’t flinch when i asked for a late check out

the gym was adequate; however, there was no remote for the tv

the bar that is connected has good food, wine and service

microwave, fidge, & a laundry room was great for a long stay

reception desk allowed for a late check out - which was needed because my daughter’s college commencement from siu was not

the breakfast was absolutely delicious, staff was extra kind and caring and always available.

i didn’t have breakfast, but it appeared to be what’s standard.
