the bed was so comfortable i almost wanted to ask for a late check out

housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:00 am & woke me up out my sleep asked if i could get an hour late check out was told

the staff is helpful with reservations, the hotel is always clean and smells fresh and the pool is relaxing

hotel in that general area, nice breakfast, good facilities and gym, suite was nicely done, clean and many places to shop at or eat out within a few minutes

like that adjan the manager is always very accommodating with my requests for room preference, late check out etc

gave me a late check out when i checked in, then stumbled into my room without permission the next morning at

any polite, normal request (such as a late check out time) was met with exasperation and irritation

disappointed the outdoor pool wasn't open but not their fault

the heated pool was great for the kids.

and beyond, free breakfast was surprisingly much better than any other i've had in a hotel and late check out is 1pm

location and decorations facilities they allowed for late check out 4pm. large room size.

indoor pool that i was aware of; no fitness center that i know of; and, stairway is not easily accessible

also, guests should be aware that there was no room service

the hotel is very smelly, the hallways are not clean and the gym is small.
