were given a late check out which was awesome, rm was very clean and spacious, courteous staff

the breakfast hours could have been at least another hour. the hours were from 6 -9.

tournaments and the hotel was full of teenage boys, that takes patience even when they are good kids

had to keep being harsh with the kids to quit rolling it back and forth

pool my granddaughter cut her foot on the bottom of the pool and one of the group of kids that was with us their studd was taking oit of their room while we where gone

and the fact we asked for a late check out, and it was no trouble

was not informed the pool was not open.

room was nice and we enjoyed the pool staff and other guests were very nice and friendly

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

strip and mcdonald's also professional and polite staff and management also free ice and on site laundry wash and dry under $5

room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

he made us feel welcomed and helped us with a late check out after a rough night with our flights being delayed

gym wasn't fully complete. missing parts on equipment

the breakfast was great and the gym was a great way to start the day.

late at night/early morning (2am) was upgraded to a suite for free and given late check out

we woke up too late to enjoy the free breakfast

pool wasn’t open due to covid. but understandable.

gym was smaller but the pool was heated with a large hot tub. so just shifted to a pool workout.
