when we checked in we asked for late check out but had cleaners banging on the door 5 minutes past 11 even though we agreed on 12
the kitchen is well equipped and overall very clean
balcony with a view, dining and kitchen area ideal for group
tea and coffee sachets and milk/sugar would be nice to have in the kitchen
i thought there was a kitchen area but there wasn't.

the river, late check out at 12 noon, lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful large dual aspect room overlooking
breakfast was served quickly and very tasty
lovely hotel. very clean and great breakfast. bar food was lovely also
lovely comfortable clean hotel room. breakfast was fabulous. great location
very easy to check in a little balcony to sit out and have a beer, great music in the pub, breakfast very well attended

food was amazing and dey allowed us a late check out till 2pm because our train wasn t until 3pm which was so
loads parking spaces free
lovely bar and breakfast staff
option to have room service breakfast, room was beside linen store, so very noisy
staff were so friendly from the breakfast servers to staff at reception bar staff all so welcoming helpful and very friendly oliver the manager made us feel like old

clean rooms, beautiful bathroom, bar open late, flexible breakfast time, late check out
the breakfast was the best i have ever had couldn't fault
the staff were great and the breakfast was terrific
very friendly and helpful especially the young lady who was working in the bar on friday 21st
