pool needed cleaning

comfortable room, clean and looks updated. pool was open and they had a takeaway breakfast.

fact that none of the extra activities were available , not the pool, not the gym, nothing was open and i thought that sucks

desk was very friendly and accommodating to our requests for early check in and late check out

there was a lot of kids the day i went unfortunately, but even then the facilities were accessible

it doesn't have a pool or jacuzzi

i have 2 kids and this suite was perfect

staff and supervisor who accommodated our needs due to, we needed early check in to rest and late check out because our meeting ended at 12 noon so we can pack

construction with no warning; no pool, restaurant, bar, gym, laundry

i called the hotel the week before our stay and they mentioned the gym was closed but failed to mention the pool was off limits as well

it had a full kitchen and that was a great bonus

a continental breakfast would have been nice. but they do have a restaurant on site.
