the late check out, 12pm

i requested late check out so we could use the leisure facilities the morning after our stay & the property

everything from the minute i waslked in the door until i waslked out, i really loved the swimming pool and spa

the wifi was very slow other than that everything was great!!

were so friendly and helpful there food was delish staff asking if everything was ok i asked for late check out which the reception lady was kind to say of course late check out was 12pm

wifi throughout the hotel a plus

the room was clean and the spa treatment was 1st class, and all staff were helpful and friendly

breakfast was excellent. lovely fresh local ingredients

we were allowed to early check in

nothing was too much trouble from when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am to arranging late check out

the dinner and breakfast were excellent

parking secure.

the service was great and the breakfast first rate

the staff worked so hard, tea brought up to us every morning and then a delicious breakfast

late check out wasn t charged for, much appreciated

loved the pool and the kids disco

the room was lovely plenty parking friendly staff

also the wifi in the new part is pretty much bin existent

parking outside main entrance not very good for unloading luggage.

late check out at 1pm off the lovely staff member chilled water in fridge of room

early check in and late check out.

facilities are also good a swimming pool, hot tub and a steam room are those we used, there is a gym too

pool/gym staff seemed a bit disinterested.

the bar and restaurant is beautiful and lovely and bright
