ability to do a late check out due to circumstances

i was very impressed by the extras at the breakfast buffet

gentleman serving breakfast was wonderful

breakfast was good, with freshly cut fruit and wonderful yogurt cups

accidentally booked a room with a kitchenette

if you wanted to sample the wine during the day, be aware that you’ll need to drive to eat later on)

massages at the spa were incredible, the pool is really nice, and the food at the restaurant is delicious

we then bought wine and panini sandwiches which we ate/drank after a lovely dip in the gorgeous pool

pool was wonderful and although a drive to get there was perfect and quiet

i was able to get a late check out (noon) with no problem (+)and they granted us a late check out which was really helpful for our family (-)the key cards didn't work two different times and that it doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the gm to double check

food that we ordered from room service was all wrong

exhaust fan, dirty room with food on the floor, run down elevator, hallway carpet bunched up, room service must be requested

swimming pool was closed due to coronavirus 19. pets other guest couldn't control.

many amenities, jacuzzi, sauna, pool and nice, free breakfast

the front desk was very kind to work with me for a late check out

coffee, fitness center, and laundry room 24/7 was great

he needs an upgrade on the swimming pool,

no sanitary wipes in gym and noo hand towels in restrooms across from fitness center

laundry room out of order the whole time

over all clem, super friendly staff, alone a late check out with no extra cost.
