my room was exceptionally clean. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

check in time is early compared to other places was convenient and we easily got a late check out which was so nice not having to rush out after accidentally sleeping in

so my reasons for staying here ( pool and gym) weren't open at anytime i was there

from the dry interior, we would have enjoyed a swimming pool, but we realize that's a rarity in portland

the laundry room had hours- 10-8pm

advertised as having a pool and hot tub, and good breakfast in the booking listing, none of them were available because of

we requested late check out but our door was still knocked on twice while we were sleeping

location wasn't the greatest, pool was unavailable, but otherwise, just fine!

a laundry room was a plus for me saved the day

(+) breakfast smelled great as we checked out (+)convenient breakfast area, quick to freeway (-)breakfast included (-)they don t have free breakfast (-)breakfast hours were a bit early for mid shift workers (-)thought it was strange that there wasn't a continental breakfast, especially for the expensive stay (-)no complimentary breakfast (-)no free breakfast. that's it (-)i had to move rooms because tv was broken. i would like free breakfast

also, there were groups of disorderly school kids staying throughout the hotel in need of parental supervision

bar attracts some unsavory customers that are not staying at the hotel

i was able to arrange a late check-in and late check out

was lied to about the airport shuttle, i was stuck at the airport for over two hours with a bay and no one answered any email or

airport shuttle was excellent

we also were told about a complimentary shuttle within a 1 mile radius, but each time we tried to use it, it wasn't available, so that's

more shuttles to the airport availability. upgrade the laundromat facilities.

they also accommodated a late check out, which was extremely helpful
