the door handle to enter the gym door (located 2 levels below in the basement) came off in my hands

the pool and gym were great and very clean as well

most surprising feature was the swimming pool area

the rooms had plenty of space, and the pull out sofa bed was helpful for kids (though it would not be comfortable for adults)

even though it's right next to the parking lot there are some lovely trees in the meadow outside the pool which gave it a really rural

not much - wifi was good

noise from road outside and cars pulling into parking lot were quite audible

was yelled at to get up although i was a late check out

pool was clean and warm. loved the free breakfast, a nice buffet.

i brought this to managments explaining i have three kids staying here and those people were on the property all day i found them going in the elevator
