we asked for a late check out because my daughter had a work meeting from 1-2pm

nothing. you can just add a cold pool but everything was great and i want to go again

and views from the mountain, you have your own outdoor jacuzzi with volcan view, awesome pool bar and the staff makes you feel pampered from beginning to end

the wifi was ok in the rooms, best in the lobby or restaurant but offen couldn t get on facebook or

the staff was amazing and our kids were welcomed

staff was awesome, helpful and friendly, got from late check out to some discounted bookings...

rooms including bathroom, had a little kitchen sink, clean, onsite restaurant with view of the volcano on a clear day and with delicious

pool table, beautiful restaurant, where they use bananas to attract birds

ac and wifi worked perfectly well at all times

the wifi was good too

warm welcome by chris, the possibility to do an early check in and a late check out were very appreciated

apartment was great, the room was a good size, it had a nice bathroom and a small kitchen / living area

kitchen with all the facilities needed, the bathroom is big, the ac worked great, lots of parking

the kitchen is nice and has the basics
