we had to do a late check in and we ended up requesting a late check out, the staff were very accommodating

noise coming from the islander bar and construction works' and of the cruiseships that anchor not far from the hotel

friendly and welcoming staff, super great location, nice food and bar downstairs and along the boulevard, safe and comfortable neighborhood

the hotel is above a bar and restaurant and we expected noise, but we were quite pleased that we could just barely hear

staff was very responsive and accommodating to my early check in requests

and we were granted late check out due to a later flight

the casino is fun and

walking distance from the city center. nice pool and next to the sea. beautiful views

covers on lounge chairs by the pool, pool area was never hosed down so your feet got filthy when you walked around the pool and

to top it off, as our flights meant we arrived early and left late, we were able to have our room early and get late check out

the staff was perfect and we could have a late check out

but again understandable since its a pool area and we don't want to have broken glass where people walk bear feet

the kitchen was stocked well with pots and dishes for a home cooked meal
