manicured landscapes and surf instruction were great, day room for late check out

staff at the bar were very fun and engaging

room service meal was excellent

the restaurant and bar menu are quite average for what you re paying and their mai tai hour only lasts 15

it was cute, great location, clean pool, best pool bar with the best mai tai on the island and the hut that supplies all the equipment you need to go

front desk male on evening shift rude when i requesed late check out

there is a self service laundry which was such a benefit to have

the bar and pool restaurants were closing too early

great for families with kids, or adults travelling alone (there are pools for adults only)

we were trapped in quarantine by late results, and our own hotel wouldn't take us

towels for pool were too small and worn. fluffy towels are good.

really appreciated the early check in but due to the industrial location and outdated rooms, we would probably rather

snacks, hot water, g, coffee is available 24 seven; laundry machine is accessible, very beautiful setting for heaven, a mill outside during the day

there is a beautiful pool and a 24-hour coffee/tea bar

close to airport and town. sunrise was nice. allowed us a late check out.

we needed late check out, and staff could only give us one extra hour, but our plane was not leaving for 6
