although my bed broke, and the wifi was down they allowed me a late check out.
the pool was gross and smelled
very good free breakfast. very clean facility. clean linens. comfortable bed.
i especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a nice variety of options to start the day

com all while just simply calling the holiday inn to inform the them we d be a little late for check-in

courteous staff & was able to receive a late check out without any issues

the location was perfect, laundry on site, breakfast is great and staff was lovely!

stay of 2 to three days at least we packed a lot in lucky with early check in and late check out
great gym, starbucks,drinks,food & pool great staff friendly & professional
the room service was great the wait staff at all restaurants at the hotel was a+the food great
only complaint was with a very rude employee at the hotel pool bar
the staff was friendly and the hotel is beautiful. love the pool towel service.

they let me have a late check out at 1pm which i very much appreciated
geared more to people with kids, we don't have children but will still 100% be back

our young kids loved the pool and the amenities that came with the resort
