we came back late at night, but parking was a breeze and the parking lot was well lit

the standard late check out was much appreciated following a long journey the previous day

owner is a real friendly guy and even told me where to get good food from as his kitchen wasn't working the week i

with a meal and the service cannot be faulted and i can't even describe the spa it's hydrotherapy pool is kept at 38 -40 which is just amazing even on the colder days i honestly cannot rate them

i felt a bit vulnerable walking thru the dark areas of the hotel at night

leisure facilities are excellent, late breakfast was great as was late check out

holiday inn accommodated us at late notice and it was just beautiful, comfy bed, free use of spa facilities and gorgeous

a slightly odd timeframe as we had to droop the car off early but couldn't check in until quite late as we were at a wedding but everything went really smoothly and was no problem at all for the

place to stay i highly recommend grafton rooms :) it was easy to find , parking was a bonus , rooms were clean , cosy and warm and the host emma is lovely and welcoming

there's a really nice garden with plenty of seats that would be great to relax in and plenty of parking spaces

staff were very friendly and helpful, there was good parking available

reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.for late check out.

the saturday also - didn t even try - gave us a check out time of 10am knowing we arrive quite late from cardiff on the friday - the was a wedding or some sort of party that night and they

was perfect to visit family room was clean and spacious use if the pool and gym was great late check out at 12 was great , gave us time to have breakfast and a swim before leaving and relax

nice to walk around the golf course (although was muddy as february weather) (+) as we were a group meeting to celebrate a wedding anniversary at the nearby golf club,the hotel was very handy for both playing golf then (+) great to walk to the golf course and delepre abbey which has woods and a lake (+)clean and very spacious room- very peaceful setting and very handy for the golf course (+) very good, spacious, secure parking and nearby golf club and clubhouse for variety (+) if you are looking for a hotel on a golf course, great, if not, don t bother

to the pub friendly staff very helpful easy check in and easier checkout was able to arrange late check out 5

and guy behind the bar were very polite and accommodating

allowed early check in which was really useful

check in was in a noisy (and, weird for 2025, smokey) bar area

location for what i needed, free tea coffee and water, good wifi, friendly bar staff who showed me to my room, heating was on and adjusted by radiator, plenty of pillows

staff so helpful gave us a late check out actually had a really good time

in the room when i asked at first he said theres not supposed to be any then emerged with a tiny bar of soap

also no bar no pool as website states and we even couldn't wash beds felt itchy and dirty bases in fact i

handy bar for a few drinks after work without having to drive

also was nice to have a late check out 12noon,so we don't have to rush to pack ourself

spa closed at 730pm :-( (+) spa facilities are very relaxing (+)spacious room, comfy bed well equipped (+)great choice of delicious food for breakfast. pool and spa were brilliant! (+)close to home for my daughter and myself to enjoy a spa day/overnight stay (-)the spa was fully booked (-)gym for my hubby but no spa treatments for me to book to coincide with his visit to gym

we were graciously granted a late check out due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
