ability to do a late check out due to circumstances

i was very impressed by the extras at the breakfast buffet

gentleman serving breakfast was wonderful

breakfast was good, with freshly cut fruit and wonderful yogurt cups

accidentally booked a room with a kitchenette

i was able to get a late check out (noon) with no problem (+)and they granted us a late check out which was really helpful for our family (-)the key cards didn't work two different times and that it doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the gm to double check

hotel staff was amazing, the cigar bar was was such a pleasant treat to relax and unwind

laundry room on each floor

then they claim they were short staff cause the room wasn t clean as room service

not even near the gym

the front desk was very kind to work with me for a late check out

leave the breakfast till 10am because it was from 6-9am and some people try and get as much sleep as possible

missing a jacuzzi, they ran out of towels and the pool needs to be serviced for cleaning

i didn't find out until after i had put my laundry and supplies in the machine

was still trying to rest on top of that i don’t think anyone should have a bedroom next to the laundry room where staff are going in and out talking and doing loud laundry while guest are right

if you wanted to sample the wine during the day, be aware that you’ll need to drive to eat later on)

beautiful, peaceful, great wine, lovely pool, good food, and very very affordable (like very)

kitchen was a little slow

we then bought wine and panini sandwiches which we ate/drank after a lovely dip in the gorgeous pool

massive kitchen and lodging facility expansion will kick off after the new year and everything will remain
