appreciated a complimentary late check out (12pm instead of 10am)
advance (september) notification for late check out which was denied on departure day
there was a mouse in the kitchen! that was the only drawback.

were not supportive or understanding about being sick and needing to do a late check out
they allowed us to check in early and then a late check out too
we were able to get a late check out for a reasonable fee and didn't have to carry our luggage around for hours before
