since we arrived so late, we asked for a late check out and even though

everything was great at the hotel. breakfast was good also.

even though it’s next to the freeway and how we wish we could use the swimming pool and fitness room

didn’t like the ridiculous pet fee or that a lady was letting her little girl go swimming in the pool naked

we arrived with our emotional support pup and after checking in we were told the pet fee would be waived, which was really nice as no hotel on our across country road-trip actually

has changed what breakfast use to be, i understand, we went out for breakfast i appreciated late check out when my meeting was pushed

small pool. but only because my daughter was expecting something bigger.

the gym was not open due to the covid, but i understand safety is always first.

hotel itself is very nice, has a nice bar and the comfort of our room was excellent

facilities, including gym were better than expected and loved how spacious bathroom was

to be between 7-10, we went down at 9:15 on a sunday and to our as surprise no breakfast, my kids left the hotel with hunger

) the breakfast was simple nice enough for a work trip or quick start off for kids but pass that you need

breakfast was limited and the hallways had an odor.

property was close to the paramount theater and was reasonably priced, the continental breakfast was good also

with me for my cash deposit because i lost my debit card and on my last day they approved my late check out of 12 noon

nice upscale area and great lobby and bar area.

why charge a room service charge fee plus 20% gratuity. i found that to be excessive.

whether it s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic

the pool place

they accommodated my request for a late check out 2:00 pm, even

pool hours and check out time

pool was available and everyone was extremely nice

well maintained, clean. pool and spa in great shape.
