early was never able to get anything and during evening time unable to get hot water and we had a late check out approved by the front desk and our keys were deactivated at 12pm and we ended up

i had a sleepover for my daughter the pool was a fun time with heated water

no room service

manager was very accommodating with a late check out so my daughter could stay at the room while i was at a conference

staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was clean

my youngest enjoyed the pool

the pool was a little bit colder than i like but the hot tub was nice

the pool and jacuzzi were well taken care of and the free breakfast wasn’t bad either

provided champagne for my anniversary and a late check out with no problem

spa tub

i also don’t know if the room was by their laundry room but there was a constant thudding my entire stay and had to use headphones to fall

there was long black hairs in the spa tub and we both have very short hair so definitly need better housekeeping

room sizes were good, the hotel had a good style and furniture, beds were pretty comfortable, the breakfast was better than most and the staff was nice

got in late night and left early, could not get breakfast.

we ordered room service but never clean or took it away for 2 days

everything about this hotel (except the gym) (-)gym--lack of equipment and incredibly hot. (-)would like to see a cable machine in the gym. would like room in the fridge for my own items.

we were able to have the kids on the living area and us in the beds in the bedroom

pool-clean the filters moreoften disapointed grand kids because of dirty pool room had trash in places throughout the room-pacifer under desk candy

was some dog hair in our room that was a little irritating to my kids allergies they have to dogs, otherwise everything as amazing
