we checked in late around 10 pm so the front desk guy even gave us an option of late check out

very few parking, no breakfast, no swimming pool.

shops, restaurants and banks right on your doorstep but the hotel bar is good and the restaurant is

friendly on site bar with good beer

staff went out of the way to accommodate my request for early check in

they allowed us early check-in and late check out

spa was basic but perfect for our use

no housekeeping pool and gym close at 22:00

asked for a late check out to ski another day and my request was accommodated even though they were very busy

equipped kitchen, beautiful view of the lake and a quiet room

hard to get underground parking

clean. beautiful rooms. comfortable beds. excellent tv. great kitchen set up. lots of coffee.

the morning staff were lovely! the pool was a great plus for the kids.
