were so helpful and friendly went out their way to make sure we had everything and so good with kids

we didn’t want to be party poopers but with two young kids and a long journey home we needed the sleep

the staff upon arrival as well as in the bar were totally fabulous and always there if we needed anything

plus got a late check out again be back

we got a complimentary upgrade, late check out and the staff were amazing

did wait 1 1/2 hours for room service but when it was highlighted this was dealt with professionally and

located with view of the clyde, on site parking and an opportunity to stay somewhere with character in an area not well served with good

room, bathroom was huge, excellent pool/gym facilities, excellent staff and excellent

shame the garden access to the beach was unavailable. very poor wifi.

kate lynn looked after us in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast staff were excellent too

nothing, looking forward to the spa being introduced next year.
