i was told two days prior to my stay that laundry was an amenity and in the room, which was not and it’s 2$ to wash and dry

it was nice to have a kitchen, as well

the three kids (2, 3, and 6) shared the bunk beds in the corner which they thought were so cool and we had

we had read we could get a late check out in another review, but we were not given that option

lady but she was a little sick and coughing so i didn’t want to stay long, asked if i could do late check out but was told to ask in the morning but that defeats the object of late check out as

staff even called us to let us know our room was ready for early check in

karen was at the front desk when i arrived hoping for an early check in, but there were not any room available yet

we were given a late check out at noon since we had to wait for an uber at 1:00 to get to our final destination

everything was great including the late check out times and the amazing

breakfast was a little slim but that was not the reason we stayed…we actually went out for real

room service was poor, pool and gym was closed.
