requested a late check out and were told that it was possible until we tried to confirm at check in only to be

second morning breakfast, the staff refused to serve cappuccino or latte, but insisted on some form of instant

laundry left on the floor in the hall

room was large and comfortable but we were right by where the maids prepared the laundry and stored all their cleaning bits so it was very noisy in the morning

the hotel is great, lovely bar area, room was perfect

they also allowed us both early check in and late check out at no extra charge

on the last night i asked for late check-out after returning from the hospice where my sister had died that afternoon - and was

amazingly quiet given it was first floor and all the reading festival kids were roaming the streets all night
