they let me do late check out

the staff was very helpful and respectful and my ride was late to pick us up and they were very understanding and let us have free late check out which was

breakfast was minimal

breakfast was ok considering the covid crisis

they also gave us a late check out beings we arrived at 3am

staff was nice, pool was open, breakfast was good and room was clean 9/8/24

loved the pool and hot tub. also good breakfast. highway noise was very loud in room.

i had paid for a late check out and was locked out of my room before my checkout time was up

plowed parking lot but i doubt any other hotel had that either with all the snow and ice.

the pool

it was the same as day before but minus the kind & courteous lady (beth) requested late check out but was denied it

the pool looked very clean

availability, close to our route, had a working pool/spa

hot tub was down but swimming pool was good

i wish i would have known that the pool was closed.
