checked in really late (0230)and they immediately offered us a late check out. so nice

pool was closed. would have been nice to know it was closed before i booked it.

hotel was clean. good breakfast selections. staff was friendly.

i had paid for a late check out and was locked out of my room before my checkout time was up

i needed to watch the video from the parking lot my car was broken into.

plowed parking lot but i doubt any other hotel had that either with all the snow and ice.

it was the same as day before but minus the kind & courteous lady (beth) requested late check out but was denied it

we got in late and slept in and also we were able to have breakfast
