late check out by most hotel standards

would have liked for the pool to still be open but i understand that with the pandemic they still couldn’t open it

unwanted guests with so many kids at the lobby areas everyday during we stayed so couldn't able to use the area

the room was very nice and clean. we loved the coffee and breakfast in the morning.

only thing i didnt love , was the pool wasnt heated and the room it was in wasn't heated

i wish the pool stayed open another hour longer, especially on the weekends.

two grand children with us and they loved the pool, the manager on staff was awesome to them

she was able to get me early check-in and late check out, which was a big help
