we were upgraded to a harbour view room, which was a lovely surprise, and they also let us have a late check out

breakfast was great the bar was great

lovely view of the port. kids were really excited for their own bed. warm and cosy room.

cookies with tea/ coffee would have been nice specially with kids

we had a family room booked 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given 2 towels

staff from check in, at dinner, during stay (arranged for a late check out) and at check out again

the bar and restaurant were comfortable, clean and inviting

i noted new treadmills in the gym

the funeral of a very dear friend the coach house staff went out of there way to allow us a late check out time and also they are the friendliest bunch of people you rarely find in hotels
