we asked for late check out at the last minute and without hesitation the answer was sure no problem, how late

clean and comfortable. we liked the bar in the lobby.

the bar has excellent bar fare, we enjoyed a margherita flatbread and a nice chicken bacon quesadilla

hot tub by pool. bar in the lobby. you could also get starbucks (which please my wife.)

you had to ask for pool towels at the front desk.

pool wasn’t heated and the elevator is out of inspection so we used the stairs for the most part

the room size is excellent with a full size fridge and all the kitchen utensils you might need

fire pit at night was nice and breakfast in the morning was delish and fresh for adults and kids

there was no microwave in the lobby-breakfast area.

there was no enforced time to be respectful and quiet for others or telling guests not to do laundry at 2am

first room i was in was right next to the staff laundry on the third floor it was extraordinarily loud

it felt like there were exuberant kids right in the room with us

did not work properly, burned out light in bathroom, limited lights in room, dim lights around laundry area, not 100 clean, ac cover taped

they were very accommodation giving up an early check in and a late check out without any upcharge

catch a sunset surf sesh and then also the next morning and then i retuned it after our courtesy late check out at noon

finally, after much discussion i asked for late check out at least because we did not get room we paid for and the manager on duty

waiting on the manager to call us back spoke to the manager on staff we were supposed to have late check out well that didn't happen because that morning when i got up to make coffee we

room service cleaning. but wasn t bad.

we ended up needing late check out and they accommodated us

remember to request room service, this resort does not clean, bed made, etc

also there is a beautiful pool and spa to help ease the pain from all that walking

we paid a little over $400 for a very basic double bed room, no breakfast or room service included

room service food was of low quality

the only problem that we had we couldn't get into our room until a late on a sunday

we were able to do early check-in and late check out with free parking, which truly helped

pet fee of $30

pet fee is somewhat high @ $30/night a/c is noisy and inconsistent.

pet fee, obviously on website, you need to click “pet friendly” & this will inform you of the

location and late check out available and the bed was very comfortable. staff nice.

great close to everything we had the family unit it was very large for our family of seven with kitchen living room two bedrooms 3 smart tvs and a view of the ocean it was

really enjoyed the location, calmness of the pool area and the room we were in

the staff did not allow for a late check out.

i requested lower floors and this was met along with a late check out

arranged late check out for additional money so we could use the pool

used the guest laundry, machines old and a little rusty on the outside but worked fine

we had a wonderful time and were so thankful for the late check out options 10/10 we would come again and recommend
