we stay at country suites alot. the only thing that we liked was the late check out and pool.

the breakfast is sufficient, i know some would want more, but to me having the option of a few

clean, nice rooms, there’s an indoor pool but it’s closed for the cold weather, a gym which my fiancé was excited for, and the area with snacks and drinks even ice cream is so cool

we really wanted to use the gym, but most of the equipment was not in working order

pool and gym room are completely unusable

my son won his tournament and we had to stay later than expected

i loved the late check out as it was on a sunday and that is the only day i get to sleep in

if the pool was working it could be much better for us an the kids

our kids bed was in the same room as our sitting area

inside room and outside such as refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot breakfast, and fitness room

is great, room was spacious, late check out could be be easily accommodated at an extra fee

she gave us drink tickets for a cocktail at the lobby bar which was very much appreciated

room service was lovely as well all the staff

room service was polite and on time as asked

the free wifi was not working the entire stay.

there was no free bottled water in the room, no refill of coffee when making up the room and the bar closed early unexpectedly one night

was so nice, the shower was hot and the pressure was decent, everything was clean, having a whole kitchen was great

the kitchen pans and some cutlery were left dirty

coffee offerings in room were great, they offered laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes

my sister and i could cook meals in a well stocked kitchen instead of needing to go to restaurants (we'd been traveling for awhile)

were attending a funeral and requested an early check in and a late check out the staff could not have been more accommodating

it is pretty quiet on the property which is a good thing, and there’s a laundry room near the lobby
